Head Chef



Adelphi is proud to welcome Christy Tania to her position as Head Chef at Om Nom. Christy originally trained in the French art of pastry, guided by Alan Ducasse and Yves Thuries at L'Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie. She has worked at the Ritz Hotel and L'Espadon Restaurant, Paris, under both Sebastian Serveau and Michel Roth (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), and at the Michelin-rated Guy Savoy restaurant in Singapore. In Melbourne, she has already graced the renowned kitchens of Vue de Monde, Jacques Raymond, and Sake Restaurant and Bar.
You will see some of her amazing work in the 2014 series of Masterchef Australia!

Pierrick Boyer is a celebrated chef who specialises in the art of patisserie. Currently notorious for the exquisite sweet creations offered by Le Petit Gateau at Melbourne's RACV Club, his career spans two decades and includes positions in the US, Europe and, of course, Australia, working with renowned international master chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Stephane Leroux, Pierre Marcolini and Christophe Michalak.
